Home Access will provide all students with 24 hour access, 7 days a week. For an additional £478, schools can opt to add a MFL of their choice. You sign up through your BLN contract but will be invoiced by Education City.  Schools have the option to pay the full amount in the 2018/2019 financial year or split the cost over the 2018/19 and 2019/20 financial years.
