BLN3 Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire Results

Thank you to all who were able to respond to our short questionnaire in June. I am pleased to say the feedback was overwhelming positive with the majority of schools scoring either satisfied or very satisfied across all the questions.

Any schools who gave a score of 3 or less against any of the questions were sent an email asking for further information. The response to these will help shape the plan for future developments and improvements of the BLN.
